Remembering My Dad

About My Dad

My dad was 53 years old when he left us for God's Kingdom. Even though my dad is not with us I will not use the phrase "he was" because he is still my dad. My dad is an amazing person. He faced many obstacles and challenges in his life, much more than many of us would think possible. Yet with all the obstacles and struggles he faced he always manage to have a smile on his face. My dad is a soft spoken person. He is the type of person if you ever met him in life, he will never pass you by without saying "hi" or sending a smile your way.

Interests

My dad's passions in life include cricket and driving. Even though my dad had polio, he never let that stopped him from playing cricket. Whatever my dad chose to do, he did it with all his heart. He excelled in many things he put his mind to. Everyone I know said he is a very gentle person and always has a smile on his face. He would always address his elderly as "aunty" and "uncle" even at the age of 53. He never bother anyone. The one thing my dad always strive for was being accepted in society. He would go to any lenghts for the people he loves.

To My Dear Daddy

Dear Daddy,
With all my heart, I hope you're in a better place and you're not punishing anymore. You had to endure so much in this life and yet you never complained. I don't know how you did it, but every day I will try to be more like you. You are truly an amazing and inspirational person to live life. I wish you were still here, but I have to believe that you're always walking beside me. I hope you know how much I love you and I would have done so much more for you but I did not want to lose you. In the end my worse fear came through and now all I can do is hope that we will meet again. You're now my angel. Love you bunches. Love always and forever.
